Louis Gagliardi, CEO/President
Lou Gagliardi, the president and CEO of WorldWide Wireless, Inc., was raised in the South Suburbs of Chicago. The son of Italian immigrants, Lou graduated from Eastern Illinois University and began his entrepreneurial journey shortly thereafter.
Lou started Gagliardi’s Pizzeria in 1987. The long hours and growing competition from large restaurant chains, prompted Lou to rethink his involvement in the ever-shrinking “mom and pop” restaurant industry. Lou knew he wanted to remain being an independent business owner, and in 1999 became partners with Nextel and opened his first Nextel retail store . Lou was the driving force behind WorldWide Wireless' tagline, "Where Service and Added Value Connect". He realized that in the cellular business it was dedication to customer service that would separate WorldWide Wireless from other wireless retailers. Ten years running, and the commitment to quality customer service has been, and will remain Lou's primary focus.
